Step 1: Sculptural Molding & Maquette Translation
For every Custom Bronze Sculpture, the journey begins with an architectural-grade silicone mold. We capture the exact topographical DNA of the artist’s original clay
maquette, ensuring absolute fidelity before the metal is even poured.

Step 2: Precision Lost-Wax Bronze Casting
Mastering the ancient Cire perdue technique, our Lost-Wax Bronze Foundry subjects the ceramic shell to extreme thermal shock. The void is instantly filled with molten Silicon Bronze (C87300) at 1,2000C, materializing the vision into a dense, enduring alloy.

Step 3: Monumental Fabrication Artisanal Chasing  To execute Monumental Bronze Statues, segmented castings are seamlessly united
via advanced TIG welding. Our artisans then meticulously hand-chase the surface, restoring microscopic textures until the piece achieves monolithic, tactile continuity.

Step 4: Custom Patination & Microcrystalline Preservation Bronze is a reactive canvas. We apply heat and proprietary oxidation to achieve a Custom Bronze Patina from antique verdigris to Florentine umber. Finally, muse- um-grade waxes are layered to guarantee century-long Outdoor Bronze Preservation.
